Orders and Shipping
All orders are shipped out as soon as possible and at least within 2 business days. In The Netherlands the order will be delivered within 24 hours from the moment we ship it to you.
Yes we definitely do. Establishing the new world is one of our core values and we take our care for the planet very seriously. All of our packaging materials are sustainable, we use compostable polymailers and compostable shipping labels. On top of that, products are packed in sustainable tissue paper with sustainable stickers. In this way we make sure that you get the best customer experience, while caring for our beautiful planet.
You can see the status of your order in your account. On top of that, you will be updated trough email on the status of your order and receive a track & trace, so that you can exactly see where your order is.
We ship globally to every country to which we can possibly ship. However, shipping outside of Europe does take some time and costs a little extra, as we only keep stock in The Netherlands.
Yes, as spreading joy and inspiring others is one of our core values, we always support projects for every product we sell. The exact contributions that you have by purchasing a single product are always stated in the product description. With our environmental perspective, we always tend to ship items as sustainably as possible. This means that we always send orders in one package. If your order is that big, that even our largest package is not large enough, we could use multiple packages in the most environmentally-friendly way.
You can change your address in your own account. If this does not work for you, you can always send an email to info@biggerpictureclothing.com and we will take care of the changes, so that you can enjoy delivery on the right address.
Every price that you see on our website includes sales tax, which we will give back to the tax authorities.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
- To be eligible for return, the item(s) must be in the same condition you received it, in the original packaging and contain the original tags. No worries, the added gifts (such as the treat and the thank you cards) are all yours!
- To get in contact regarding returns, email us with the following subject: “‘Your name’ – Product Return”. In the e-mail mention the following things: the order number – product(s) ordered – product(s) you want to return – reason for return.
- We aim to reply to all return emails within 48 hours.
- You can return a product up to 14 days from the date that we send it to you.
- If you return a product because it is faulty, we will refund your shipping costs for returning the item(s) and/or send you a new item or refund your money. If you return an item because of other reasons, the shipping costs for returning the item(s) will not be refunded.
- You should send the goods to the following adress: Postelse hoeflaan 87, 5042KC TILBURG, The Netherlands.
We strive to never let this happen, but also we are human and making mistakes is part of that. Of course, we will immediately send you the right items and kindly ask you to return the wrong item (at our costs of course).
You can send us a picture of the damage and we will immediately send you a new item. We could ask you to return the item (at our costs ofcourse), so that we can use it to recycle it.

We work with limited quantities, so that we do not create clothing waste, therefore it can happen that something is sold out. You can always push the button ‘notify me when it is back in stock’. In this way we will know when we can restock it, in order to fulfill your wishes.
The full amount payed by you will be refunded, except for the shipping costs. Only when it is our mistake that you have to return your item, we will refund the shipping costs for returning the product(s). For example, because of a faulty item or that we sent the wrong product to you. We have made this choice from a sustainability perspective, in order to minimise the amount of shipping traffic that we create.
We always try to transfer the money back as soon as possible. You will have your money back at least 10 business days after we receive the return.
A product exchange instead of a refund is always possible, just make sure to let us know in your return email.
