Frequently asked Questions
All orders are shipped out as soon as possible and at least within 2 business days. In The Netherlands the order will be delivered within 24 hours from the moment we ship it to you. For other countries, shipping can take a little bit longer.
- To be eligible for return, the item(s) must be in the same condition as you received it, in the original packaging and contain the original tags. No worries, the added gifts (such as the thank you cards) are all yours!
- To get in contact regarding returns, email us with the following subject: “Your name – Product Return”. In the e-mail mention the following things: the order number – product(s) ordered – product(s) you want to return – reason for return.
- We reply to all return emails within 48 hours.
- You can return a product up to 14 days from the date that we send it to you.
- If you return a product because it is faulty, we will refund your shipping costs for returning the item(s) and/or send you a new item or refund your money. If you return an item because of other reasons, the shipping costs for returning the item(s) will not be refunded.

Yes, we ship worldwide. However, the delivery time may take a bit longer for shipments outside of Europe.
We recommend washing/ironing the clothes inside out. About washing, we recommend a maximum temperature of 30 degrees Celsius. It is always best for clothes to hang-dry them.
